An Indonesian citizen born in 1988, Denny Loryta holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Esa Unggul University and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Tarumanegara University. He was appointed as Corporate Secretary in 2024 based on the Board of Directors Decree No. 0002/DGI-DIR/IX/2024, dated September 2, 2024. Concurrently, Denny also serves as Head of Legal & Compliance at DGW Group since 2024.

Denny has a professional background in accounting and taxation, with experience as a tax manager at several companies in Indonesia.
