Whistleblowing System
PT Delta Giri Wacana Tbk (“the Company”) consistently applies the principles of Good Corporate Governance (“GCG”) to optimize the achievement of corporate objectives and their implementation for all stakeholders, while also preventing actions that may harm the Company.
To realize this, all employees and other stakeholders are encouraged to proactively contribute by reporting to the Company through “Delta Giri Wacana Ethics.” If you observe or suspect any fraud and/or violations of the Company's rules that have occurred, such as:
• Conflicts of interest, bribery, corruption, and extortion
• Theft, embezzlement, and misuse of assets
• Money laundering
• Violations of laws and company policies
• Harassment (physical, verbal, non-verbal, visual, and emotional)
• Other violations

The DGW Whistleblowing System is an independent reporting system provided by the Company for reporting any fraud or violations that occur in the workplace, both anonymously and non-anonymously through communication channels.
