DGWG Optimistic to Close 2025 with Strong Results: Significant Q3 Sales Growth, Solid Profit Maintained

October 28, 2025

Jakarta, October 28, 2025 – PT Delta Giri Wacana Tbk (DGWG) recorded a solid performance throughout the third quarter (Q3) of 2025. The company remains on track to achieve its business targets for the year, supported by consistent sales growth amid a dynamic agribusiness market.

During Q3 2025, DGWG booked sales of IDR 2.6 trillion, representing a 9.7% increase year-on-year (YoY) compared to the same period last year. This performance growth was primarily driven by the Pesticide business segment, which saw a significant surge in demand across both retail and corporate markets. The improvement was also supported by the commencement of operations at the Carbamasi Plant, which produces active ingredients contributing to the export market for pesticide products.

In line with the positive performance of the pesticide business, the Premium Fertilizer segment also recorded an increase in both production and sales on a YoY basis. The expansion of production capacity since the beginning of the year has strengthened DGWG’s supply of premium fertilizers, which continue to gain traction among farmers and plantation operators. Growing awareness of crop quality, plant resilience, and adaptation to extreme weather patterns has fueled domestic demand for high-performance fertilizer formulations.

The pesticide segment also delivered optimal margins, supported by efficient distribution and a well-adjusted product portfolio catering to various crop types. Growth was also observed in the agricultural equipment segment and internal distribution, which together contributed synergistically to the group’s overall performance.

The rising contribution of the B2C segment was in line with an increase in net profit, which reached IDR 105.6 billion, up 12.1% compared to the same period in 2024. This achievement was mainly driven by a 29% growth in the B2C segment during the first nine months of 2025. In the B2B segment, DGWG’s products remain the preferred choice among major plantation companies due to their proven quality, reliable supply, and strong after-sales service. These partnerships not only deliver added value to corporate clients but also expand DGWG’s economic impact within Indonesia’s agricultural supply chain.

David Yaory, President Director of PT Delta Giri Wacana Tbk, explained that this positive performance reflects the company’s long-term strategy to build a resilient agribusiness ecosystem.

“The growth we’ve achieved up to the third quarter is not merely the result of capacity expansion, but a testament that our ecosystem-based approach is show results. Our thousands of agronomists across the country are not just sales teams—they serve as educational partners for farmers. They provide guidance, technical recommendations, and complete product solutions. This relationship has built a strong and mutual trust between DGWG and farmers across Indonesia,” said David Yaory.

Long-term relationships with agricultural kiosks across various regions have also been instrumental in maintaining product availability and strengthening national distribution. Through its integrated distribution network, DGWG ensures that a wide range of agricultural inputs—from fertilizers and pesticides to farming tools—are delivered to farmers on time and efficiently.

“For plantation businesses, especially in Sumatra, our products are in high demand but sometimes hard to access due to production budget constraints. We identified that the main issue lies in distribution costs, which we are addressing through the upcoming construction of a new fertilizer plant in Sumatra,” added David Yaory.

With these promising results through the third quarter, DGWG sees ample growth opportunities in the remaining months of 2025. The combination of a strong business foundation, an integrated agricultural ecosystem, and a progressive digitalization strategy makes DGWG an attractive prospect for investors seeking exposure to Indonesia’s agribusiness sector.

“We believe agriculture is the future. DGWG will continue to innovate and strengthen its contribution to advancing Indonesia’s agricultural sector — from farmers, for the nation,” concluded David Yaory.
