Requirement :

• Minimum education Bachelor of Agriculture / Agrotechnology
• Have the same experience of at least 3 years experience in the Agrochemicals Business
• Able to operate a computer (minimum Ms. Word; Ms. Excel; Ms. Power Point)
• Able to communicate well
• Able to work individually and in a team
• Understand the work area
• Willing to cover the work area
• Have SIM A & SIM C

Job Description :

• Responsible for sales and marketing of products in the work area.
• Carry out push and pull activities with stakeholders (Distributors, Retailers and Consumers) in the work area.
• Communicate and coordinate well with stakeholders (Distributors, Retailers and Consumers) in the work area.
• Provide information and field conditions in the work area
• Respond to product complaints & provide solutions to problems in the work area.
• Conduct monthly business reviews / meetings with Distributors.
• Ensure sales achievements & smooth payments to Distributors and Retailers
• Design work strategies and market analysis in the work area
• Make monthly sales reporting
