Requirement:
- Minimum education S1 Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law
- Have experience in the same position min 1 year
- Have knowledge of employment laws and employee benefit systems
- Have good communication and cooperation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Behave honestly and have high integrity
- Getting to know ISO 9001 and the implementation of quality management systems
Job description :
- Responsible for managing administration and archiving internal documents of the HR department.
- Updating employee database
- Planning and coordinating the preparation of the Company's budget and controlling its realization
- Responsible for the compensation process and provision of benefits to employees based on the rights and obligations as stipulated in Company regulations and legislation.
- Create and present reports related to attendance
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a balanced and non-conflicting work program
- Carry out functional control and responsibility for outsourcing performance reviews
