Widagdo Hendro Sukoco

President Commissioner

An Indonesian citizen born in 1961, Widagdo Hendro Sukoco earned his Bachelor’s degree from the Indonesian Military Academy (AKABRI) Army Forces, Corps of Engineers (Zeni) in 1984. He has served as the President Commissioner of the Company since 2024.

He began his military career in 1984 as Platoon Commander of Yonzipur-1 DAM I/BB and held various leadership roles in the Army Engineer Corps (Zeni) and Kopassus. Key positions include Commander of Yonzipur-1 DAM I/BB (1999-2000), Deputy Commander of Pusdikzi Kodiklat TNI AD (2003-2005), and Commander of Korem 032/WBR DAM I/BB (2014-2015). He served as Chief of Staff of Kodam I/Bukit Barisan (2015-2016) and Deputy Assistant for Logistics at Army Headquarters (2016-2017). In 2017, he became Territorial Assistant to the Army Chief of Staff (Aster KASAD) and later served as Senior Analyst at Lemhannas (2018-2019) and Special Staff to the Army Chief of Staff in 2019.

Pending Dadih Permana

Independent Commissioner

An Indonesian citizen born in 1960, Pending Dadih Permana earned his Master’s degree in Agriculture from Gadjah Mada University in 2008. He has served as the Independent Commissioner of the Company since 2024.

He began his career as a Civil Servant in the Agriculture Department of West Nusa Tenggara in 1986. He held roles such as Head of the Control Division (1989-1995) and Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture at University of 45 Mataram (1995-1999), while also serving as a Member of the Regional House of Representatives (1997-1999).

From 2001, Dadih held various leadership positions, including Head of the Food Management Information System and Director of Cereal Cultivation at the Ministry of Agriculture. Key roles included Director of Post-Harvest (2011-2015), Acting Director General of Plantations (2016), and Director General of Agricultural Infrastructure (2017-2019), during which he chaired the National Pesticide Commission.

Since 2021, Dadih has served as a self-employed agricultural extension officer and Chairman of the Advisory Board for Majalah Pilar Pertanian. He was also Commissioner of PT Petrokimia Gresik (2018-2020) and Expert Staff to the Minister of Agriculture (2019-2020). Dadih Permana has no affiliations with members of the Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors, or the Company’s shareholders.
