- Bachelor of Management / Law Education

- Understanding asset and building management techniques
- Have experience in the same field for at least 3 years
- Have an A driving license and can drive a car
- Proficient in operating Ms. Office
- Familiar with office facilities, OB, Receptionist and Security
Job description :
- Process travel and accommodation requests for employee business trips.
- Manage day to day office administration
- Manage and maintain office assets, supplies, equipment and inventory
- Assist in budget planning and expense management for general activities
- Analyzing office facility needs
- Supervise the management of all Company assets such as office equipment, transportation, documentation, and building facilities to ensure they run smoothly.
- Ensure clean work environment
- Control and manage team work schedules
