To foster work spirit, build team unity, and provide refreshment for all Head Office employees of PT Dharma Guna Wibawa as they look forward to a more successful 2024, the company organized the DGW 2024 Employee Gathering. This three-day event took place in Yogyakarta from February 22-24, 2024.

Under the theme “Together Beyond The Limit,” participants enjoyed various destinations around Yogyakarta, including the scenic views of Tebing Breksi, a Gala Dinner with a sunset view at Obelix Hills on the first day, and outbound activities and fun games at Omah Kecebong. The second day featured an ATV adventure in the Kaliurang Tourist Area, culminating with a dinner at Lavana Resto.

In his opening remarks, DGW Group CFO Mr. Danny Joputra encouraged participants to enjoy the event, hoping they would return to work with renewed enthusiasm. Deputy Managing Director Mr. Yody Suganda also encouraged employees to embrace the activities and expressed his hope that everyone would strive for better performance in 2024 by making small, positive changes.
