REQUIREMENT/ CRITERIA:

• Minimum education S1 in logistics, supply chain, Business Administration
• Have a minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in the same field
• Understand the procurement, tender, and vendor negotiation processes
• Have skills in Analysis, critical thinking, Communication, & Negotiation
• Meticulous, firm, and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in foreign languages
• Proficient in Transport Analysis and Budgeting
• Used to using ERP System & Ms Office (especially Excel)
• Abilities in problem solving and decision making
• Willing to be placed in Sunter, North Jakarta

JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the procurement process for fleet transportation needs, optimize delivery routes, and monitor deliveries
• Negotiate contracts related to rates, terms, and Service Levels
• Manage vendors and fleet
• Ensure the availability of transportation according to operational needs and monitor vendor performance
• Create Procurement Analysis/reports (delivery timeliness)
