• Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in All Majors

• Have experience in the same position, namely in FMCG / Agrochemical Min. 3 years

• Able to lead and coach a team to achieve Company goals

• Accustomed to communicating with external parties (Customers, external distributors)

• Have an understanding of business flow and distribution

• Able to map areas and work under pressure

• Honest, firm and responsible

• Have SIM A & SIM C

• Willing to travel on business

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Running Sales and Promotion in the area

• Creating demand for fertilizer products in the area, distributors and retailers

• Supervise the performance of the PO and FA teams in their area so that they can achieve their targets.

• Make weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and conduct presentations

• Conduct business reviews with distributors periodically

• Designing work strategies, business and market analysis in the work area
