• Proficient in operating computers, including Microsoft Office and Internet applications.

Job Description / Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise the sales team to achieve sales and payment targets.
• Support and develop the sales team through coaching and training programs.
• Assist in resolving field-related issues faced by the sales team.
• Develop sales and collection strategies and communicate them effectively to the sales team.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports to management.
• Monitor daily sales activities, including briefings and performance control.
• Provide direction and guidance to the sales team based on management instructions.
• Handle sales and collection activities for key Pareto customers.
