Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any major.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Regional Sales Manager or in other strategic roles.
• Have active SIM A & SIM C
• Strong leadership skills with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Able to work in a target-driven environment and under pressure.
• High integrity, creativity, and dedication in carrying out responsibilities.
• Proficient in data processing using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willing to travel for business purposes.
• Willing to be placed in Banjarmasin.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize team sales performance.
• Plan, monitor, and ensure achievement of regional sales targets.
• Develop and manage sales and promotion teams.
• Prepare sales forecasts.
• Build and maintain relationships with top management and key decision-makers from distributors and customers.
• Conduct market research and identify market opportunities within the assigned area.
• Coverage area: All Kalimantan regions.
