REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major, preferably Management or Accounting graduates.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading branch operations (Warehouse and Administration) in a distributor company, preferably within the Agrochemical or Consumer Goods industry, at Supervisor or Manager level.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred, including Pivot Tables, IF & SUMIF functions, Lookup functions, and Data Validation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, honest, disciplined, loyal, responsible, and able to work efficiently.
• Willing to be placed at BST East Java Branch (Jember).

JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead, supervise, direct, and manage the Logistics Supervisor (Warehouse) and Administration Supervisor at the branch.
• Implement, develop, and review company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Prepare Stock Opname and Cash Opname reports.
• Review and approve documents related to cash inflow and outflow transactions at the branch.
• Identify solutions and resolve administrative issues, analyze data, and prepare reports.
• Be responsible for all branch assets and inventories.
• Monitor branch petty cash and prepare periodic reports.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to monitor warehouse inventory, including stock quantity, condition, and stock levels.
