• Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural
• Have experience min. 5 years in Research and Development especially in Agrochemical/ Agriculture-Plantation Industry.
• Have strong leadership, management and analytical thinking skills
• Able to communicate well with colleagues; presentation skills, and a strong sense of creativity.
• Willing to travel in Indonesia

Responsibilities:

• Planning, execute and implementing the development of new product/process, product/process improvements, and cost savings ideas.
• Develop new product to comply with regulatory, Industry Standard and Customer Requirements.
• Stay informed and up to date on what is happening in product trends and Regulatory issues.
• Drive accountability, consistency, quality, and process standardization across all phases of research and development.
• In accordance with company objectives develop and monitor research plans and budgets for R&D projects, ensuring projects are completed on time and within cost objectives
