REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Chemical Engineering / Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar field (Agrochemicals / Manufacturing)
• Proficient in using computers and MS Office
• Possess leadership skills
• Willing to work in shifts
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Honest and highly committed to integrity

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Create planning and requests for all materials and needs to be used during the production process
• Lead and supervise the production process to ensure it meets company standards
• Responsible for achieving production targets and maintaining product quality standards
• Ensure the production process runs smoothly
• Organize work methods based on efficiency processes and quality standards
• Provide guidance to subordinates to help them improve their skills and conduct performance evaluations
• Responsible for maintaining order and discipline among subordinates
• Prepare work reports and analyze work-related issues to report regularly to superiors
• Responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the work environment and ensuring the safety of subordinates
