REQUIREMENTS / CRITERIA:

• Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Proficient in data processing using Excel and PowerPoint
• Willing to travel extensively within assigned work areas
• Coverage Areas: Bengkulu – Lampung (Based in Bengkulu); North Sumatra – Riau (Based in Riau)

JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize team performance
• Plan and monitor sales target achievements
• Ensure revenue and collection targets are met
• Develop and manage the sales and promotion team
• Create sales forecasts
• Assist in negotiation processes with customers
• Provide solutions to sales issues encountered by the team
• Conduct market research and identify potential in assigned areas
• Prepare monthly evaluation reports and deliver presentations to the Regional Sales Manager
